AMI employs hundreds of individuals with 60﹪ being professionals, accountants and engineers, with predominantly automotive background. Working together with government agencies, AMI has also contributed in the establishment of various initiatives aimed at enlarging the talent pool in our industry by investing in TVET schools and colleges. To date, we have successfully placed hundreds of individuals in the 2 wheel community either as trained technicians or trainers.
